KHEE Coworks is looking for a responsible Office Executive to support billing, record maintenance, and basic financial documentation. Candidates with experience in billing, invoice preparation, and record management will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain billing and invoice records
- Maintain daily financial and expense records
- Update purchase and payment details
- Maintain records using MS Excel or accounting software
- Support monthly report preparation
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, finance support, or record management
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience using Tally or similar software will be an added advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to handle records independently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
