Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain practice at a Manager level. The role involves leading engagements across end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on Plan / Source / Make domains.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains

Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients

Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps

Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
-
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters
-
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment

Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development
-
Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning
Key Requirements

Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
MBA from Tier I / Tier II institutes
-
Experience:
-
7–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
-
Prior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred
-
Hands-on experience in following areas:
- Demand / Supply Planning

Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
-
Manufacturing / Shopfloor operations

- Experience in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Pharma etc.
- Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
