Job Summary
Naturesstep is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through company-generated leads.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate travel packages and pricing when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Regularly review and report sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC / Graduate in any stream.
- Good English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related field.
