Job Overview: Flybunch Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chinese Language Expert (Sales and Purchase) who can effectively bridge communication between our team and Chinese suppliers, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Chinese and English and possess excellent communication, translation, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Translate written and verbal communication between Chinese and English.
● Communicate with Chinese suppliers, vendors, and business partners via email, phone calls, and online meetings.
● Assist in negotiations, business discussions, and vendor coordination.
● Translate documents, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other business-related materials.
● Support sourcing, procurement, and business development activities involving Chinese markets.
● Conduct market research and gather information from Chinese platforms and websites.
● Maintain accurate records of communications and translated documents.
Requirements:
✔ Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
✔ Strong command of English (spoken and written)
✔ Excellent translation and interpretation skills
✔ Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and clients
✔ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, or trading companies.
● Knowledge of import-export processes and international trade.
● Familiarity with Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
● HSK certification (preferred but not mandatory).
● Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, or business coordination will be an advantage.
