Key Responsibilities
● Manage inventory movement in and out of the warehouse and inventory room, ensuring
accurate record-keeping and timely dispatch of spares.
● Plan and execute inventory orders, including handling excess stock and coordinating
with the central inventory team for DC issues and spare movement.
● Update Zoho in real-time while issuing spares and maintain records of faulty spares
with regular physical inventory checks.
● Coordinate with the central inventory team to raise weekly spare requirements and
handle urgent/ad hoc requests.
● Receive faulty batteries from all bikes at the workshop and ensure proper charging as
per standard procedures.
● Send faulty batteries back to the central warehouse for repair, following the Yuzen
process.
● Conduct audit handshakes and perform self-audits for batteries at the workshop,
maintaining accurate tracking of working and faulty units.
● Ensure proper upkeep, hygiene, and housekeeping of the inventory and workshop area
in line with safety guidelines and SOPs.
● Provide regular updates on asset data, including batteries and bikes, to relevant
stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
● Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory)
● Experience: Must have prior experience in inventory management
● Basic knowledge of inventory tools/software (Zoho preferred)
● Good organizational and coordination skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
