SM Design Studio is an architecture and interior design firm specializing in sustainable residential architecture, bungalow design, interiors, and landscape design. We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with our team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning and design development.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
- Prepare presentation sheets and client proposals.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with site visits.
- Research sustainable materials and construction methods.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Help maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, or Revit is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and residential planning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
