HR Executive Responsibilities
* Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
* Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
* Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
* Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
* Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
* Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Requirements and skills
*Proven work experience as an HR Executive
*Good knowledge of labour Law (shops & establishment Act.)
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
*1+ years of working experience as an HR Executive (Retail Industry)
*Working experience with the Human Resources Management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
