Job Summary
We at Sntrix are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation and outbound marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing email outreach campaigns, LinkedIn marketing strategies, and generating quality B2B leads. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through targeted campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
- Generate qualified leads through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers through market research and online platforms.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Conduct outbound email campaigns and follow-up sequences to nurture leads.
- Make outbound calls to introduce company services and identify business opportunities.
Email Marketing
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Create compelling email copies, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and response rates.
- Segment email lists based on audience behavior, industry, and engagement levels.
- Manage email automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
- Ensure email deliverability and maintain domain reputation.
LinkedIn Marketing
- Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage LinkedIn outreach and ad campaigns including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Text Ads.
- Build professional relationships with potential clients and business partners through LinkedIn engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Market Research
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, or LinkedIn Marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and outbound lead generation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong content writing and email drafting abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the technology industry and B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
