Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Tracking the inward and outward movement of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery. Inputting details like gross weight, net weight, stone weight, and purity.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generating retail bills, receipts, and tax invoices using specialized jewellery software (e.g., Tally or custom ERPs).
- Tagging & Cataloguing: Ensuring every piece of jewellery has the correct barcode or unique identification tag. Uploading product images, descriptions, and pricing for digital catalogs.
- Sales & Ledger Updates: Recording daily sales, customer purchases, and updating customer profiles for loyalty programs or upcoming schemes.
- Reporting: Preparing regular summaries of daily stock levels, daily total sales, and pending orders for the showroom manager.
Essential Requirements
- Computer Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (especially Advanced Excel) and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.
- Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy is critical, as operators handle sensitive figures regarding precious metals, making it easy for the eye to slip between numbers.
- Basic Math Skills: A clear understanding of basic calculations to verify weight conversions and pricing formulas
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
