JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced General HR Manager to manage overall HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee relations.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Handle performance management, grievances, and employee engagement.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports.
- Handle exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement.
- Lead and support the HR team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
PREFERRED
- Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour laws will be an advantage.
