The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing front office activities, assisting in basic administrative work, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth coordination of office operations. The role also includes attending guests and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Office Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Attend incoming calls, emails, and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and discipline
2. Hospitality Duties
- Serve tea, coffee, or water to guests and visitors
- Ensure proper hospitality and courteous behavior with all visitors
3. Administrative Support
- Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance
- Maintain office stationery and basic inventory
- Assist in data entry and back-office coordination work
4. HR Assistance
- Assist HR in maintaining employee records and attendance
- Support in travel reimbursements process
- Help in coordinating with candidates for interviews
5. General Office Support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of admin-related work areas
Skills Required
