Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, React.js, and JavaScript to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications using Java, React.js, and JavaScript.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best coding practices.
- Drive technical excellence by implementing modern development methodologies and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, React.js, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise application development.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Relevant certifications in Java, React.js, or JavaScript are an added advantage.
