Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to support lead generation, customer interaction, and business growth activities. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining services, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups
- Generate and manage leads through different platforms
- Explain company services and offerings to clients
- Maintain and update customer details in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Support the team in achieving business targets
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales or business development
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates are required to work from the office location in Bengaluru.
