About the Role
Green Hive Hospitality LLP is looking for a dynamic and responsible Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resorts, villas, and hospitality properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and management skills to ensure smooth property operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in resort or villa operations will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of multiple hospitality properties.
- Coordinate with Property Caretakers and Client Relationship Executives (CREs).
- Ensure proper property maintenance and operational readiness.
- Handle guest communication and maintain excellent guest relations.
- Manage booking operations and coordinate with the reservations team.
- Coordinate with other Property Managers to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor service quality.
- Travel between properties as required for operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company operational standards and procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the management team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in resort, villa, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel between properties whenever required.
