Job Summary
The Testing & Implementation Engineer is responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, coordinating with the development team for issue resolution, and ensuring smooth implementation of software solutions at client locations. The role involves software installation, configuration, user training, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Testing
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Coordinate with the Development Team for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Validate fixes before deployment.
- Ensure software quality standards are met prior to implementation.
Software Implementation
- Install, configure, and deploy software applications at client locations.
- Configure software based on customer requirements.
- Perform database setup and application configuration.
- Execute data migration wherever required.
- Verify successful deployment and functionality.
- Ensure smooth Go-Live activities.
Customer Support
- Provide technical assistance during implementation.
- Resolve software-related issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements.
- Handle customer queries regarding software functionality.
- Provide remote and onsite implementation support.
Training & Documentation
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Prepare User Manuals, Installation Guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain implementation reports and testing documentation.
- Prepare Go-Live reports and issue logs.
Coordination
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Support Teams.
- Report project progress and implementation status.
- Escalate critical issues promptly.
- Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing/Implementation may apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Software Testing methodologies.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Database Management.
- Familiarity with Web and Mobile Applications.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, School ERP, or Enterprise Applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client implementations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
