We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of cinema theatre facilities, equipment, and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and quick resolution of technical issues to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and theatre equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of auditoriums, lobby areas, restrooms, and common facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and mechanical faults.
- Monitor air conditioning, lighting, sound systems, and power backup equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of projectors and theatre-related equipment as assigned.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all technical areas.
- Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in facility maintenance, theatre, mall, hotel, or commercial building maintenance is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
