Job Description
We are hiring Driver Onboarding Executives for an on-ground mobility onboarding campaign in Kanpur.
The role involves connecting with auto-rickshaw and e-rickshaw drivers, assisting them with app registration, profile verification, document collection, and helping them complete the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with auto & e-rickshaw drivers
- Assist drivers with mobile app registration
- Help complete profile verification and document submission
- Guide drivers through the onboarding process
- Share daily progress updates with the team
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Kanpur
- Android smartphone with internet access
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
