Tranzcend Air Systems is looking for a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at the Kalamassery branch. We welcome enthusiastic candidates who possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain office records.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain customer databases and documentation.
- Perform billing, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks using Tally.
- Assist in inventory and office supply management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Good knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems and related products.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in office administration or accounting is an added advantage but not mandatory.
