Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions counseling, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about our courses and programs, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain the institution's courses, programs, admission procedures, and fee structure.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to generate admissions.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and address candidate queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Update and maintain student information in the CRM/database.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Admissions Counseling, Sales, or a related field.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
