Job Summary
Ardee Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager / Senior Draftsman to lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects across its real estate, educational, and commercial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Develop project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely project delivery.
- Monitor project costs, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and drafting teams.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp
- Primavera P6 and MS Project
- BIM and ERP/Project Management Software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management and drafting.
- Experience in schools, commercial buildings, malls, and real estate projects will be preferred.
