About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Design Consultant to join our expanding Interior Design team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are committed to helping clients transform their living spaces through thoughtful interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their interior design requirements and preferences.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing and sales channels.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and design consultations.
- Collaborate with the Design team to recommend tailored interior solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Assist in presenting design proposals and participating in project discussions.
- Drive conversion of customer inquiries into successful project closures.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Interior Design Sales, Home Interiors, Furniture, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to build a successful career in sales.
- Prior experience in Interior Design, Home Décor, Furniture, Modular Kitchens, or Residential Interior Solutions will be an added advantage.

Work Location: Secunderabad, Telangana
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
