We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support day-to-day operations, customer coordination, and internal processes. The role involves managing backend activities, assisting with client communication, and ensuring smooth order flow. Candidates should be comfortable handling coordination calls and supporting business development activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients for order updates and queries
- Manage and maintain customer databases, orders, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) for order processing
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and reports
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation
- Support the sales team with lead tracking and client coordination
- Maintain daily activity reports and MIS records
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and timely updates in systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Food, Hospitality, or related field)
- Mandatory background in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in back office / coordination roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
