Job Summary
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage multiple social media platforms, communicate directly with clients, and create engaging content that helps brands grow online.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate directly with clients and handle content-related communication.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan, write, and publish social media posts, captions, and reels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
- Generate creative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content execution.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills
- 1 to 2.5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent content planning abilities.
- Experience creating content calendars, posts, reels, and captions.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
