The Role
We are seeking a high-energy Site Engineer to drive excellence at our Chennai project sites. You will be the boots-on-the-ground lead, ensuring that structural integrity, finishing quality, and safety standards are never compromised. This role is perfect for a civil professional who thrives on seeing blueprints turn into landmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* On-Site Execution: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring all civil and structural work aligns with approved drawings and quality benchmarks.
* Finishing Excellence: Oversee high-end residential finishes, maintaining the premium aesthetic Casagrand is known for.
* Project Tracking: Monitor timelines rigorously, coordinating with contractors and vendors to prevent bottlenecks.
* Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, machinery, and manpower to reduce waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
* Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards on-site.
* Reporting: Provide data-driven progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. The following criteria are mandatory:
* Experience: 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in High-Rise or Residential projects.
* Technical Edge: Expertise in structural engineering principles and a "keen eye" for high-quality interior/exterior finishes.
* Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Location: Currently based in Chennai or within Tamil Nadu.
* Availability: Must be available for an in-person interview on or before 14th March 2026.
* Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners (or those with a notice period of <15 days) are preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
* Proven ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure.
* Strong communication skills to manage diverse labor teams and project stakeholders.
* Proficiency in quality control (QC) and safety audit processes.
