Job Summary
The Master Tailor is responsible for overseeing the complete garment manufacturing process, including measuring, pattern making, fabric cutting, stitching, fitting, alterations, quality control, and supervising tailoring staff. The role ensures garments meet design specifications, quality standards, and production deadlines.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or tailoring.
Experience in sample development and production supervision is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Working with industrial sewing machines.
Production planning and quality assurance.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.
Working Conditions
Work in garment factories, boutiques, export houses, or tailoring units.
Handle fabrics, sewing machines, cutting equipment, and pressing tools.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
