Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Branding
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas that showcase our projects, expertise, and brand story.
- Write scripts, captions, and content briefs.
Content Production
- Coordinate and manage content shoot days.
- Direct video shoots and ensure high-quality content production.
- Work closely with editors and designers to maintain brand consistency.
- Review and optimize reels, videos, thumbnails, and creative assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor engagement and community interactions.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and audience research.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Generate monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and marketing efficiency.
- Continuously test and optimize creative and advertising strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in content planning and social media growth strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Knowledge of video content trends and short-form content strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹10,059.25 - ₹40,991.09 per month
