Role Summary
The Inside Relationship Manager will manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and digital communication channels while supporting lead conversion and customer engagement activities. The role focuses on improving sales productivity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
· Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
· Support cross-selling and upselling activities across product categories.
· Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
· Maintain customer data, follow-up records, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
· Build long-term installer and customer relationships through regular engagement.
· Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
