Job Role:- A dynamic and enthusiastic Physical Instructor with an M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education) to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being among engineering students. The candidate will be responsible for organizing sports activities, coaching college teams, managing sports facilities, and encouraging student participation in intercollegiate and university-level events. M.P.Ed. graduates are qualified for physical education and sports roles in colleges and universities. Responsibilities:- •Plan and conduct regular physical fitness, sports, and recreational activities for students. •Train and coach college teams for university, state, and national-level tournaments. •Organize intra-college, inter-college, and annual sports events. •Prepare the annual sports calendar in coordination with the college management. •Identify and nurture talented students in various sports disciplines. •Maintain sports grounds, gymnasium, courts, equipment, and inventory. •Ensure safe use of sports facilities and adherence to safety protocols. •Conduct fitness assessments and promote health and wellness initiatives. •Coordinate with affiliating universities regarding sports events, fixtures, and competitions. •Maintain records of student participation, achievements, certificates, and awards. •Assist in organizing yoga, fitness camps, marathons, awareness programs, and wellness activities. •Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and documentation as required. •Support accreditation activities (NAAC/NBA) by maintaining sports-related records and data. •Work collaboratively with faculty and student clubs to promote a vibrant campus sports culture. Experience: 3+Years ; Experience working in University/Engineering College will be an added advantage Educational Qualification: B.P.Ed (Regular) with M.P.Ed (Regular)
