Assistant Sales Manager – Alibaba.com Operations
Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in driving Alibaba.com membership sales, achieving revenue targets, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support and guide sales executives to improve performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversions.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure CRM updates, reporting, and process compliance.
- Handle customer escalations and support key client closures.
- Track payment collections and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B, inside sales, or digital sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience in target-driven sales environments.
- Knowledge of Alibaba.com or digital business solutions is preferred.
