Job Context:
Captive thermal Power Plant supports the production of Aluminum at the units of Hindalco Industries Limited. This role is responsible for monitoring the safe running of the auxiliaries of Boiler so that there is no breakdown of equipment and boiler. Safe running and fast revival of unit is also the responsibility of this position. It also includes coordination with maintenance team to inform regarding any abnormality on site and get it attended by lodging the trouble on EKAYAAN. It also involves safe isolation of equipment for maintenance job and after maintenance normalization of equipment.
Job Challenges :

Control all types of operational losses and contribute to controlling of utilization of natural resources such as raw materials, electricity, air, fuel, oil, water etc.

Effectively transition to other shifts and provide shift reporting / eReporting / production MIS at the end of the shift, including making entry in the logbook.
