About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our legal operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills. Prior experience in a law firm or legal services environment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize legal and client-related documents.
- Prepare, update, and manage case records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with advocates, clients, and court clerks regarding case updates.
- Handle document drafting, formatting, scanning, printing, and filing.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of legal documents.
- Maintain MIS reports and update internal trackers regularly.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, hearings, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Perform general administrative and back-office support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (LLB or legal background preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in back-office operations.
- Experience in a law firm, legal consultancy, or legal process environment will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional organizational skills may also be considered.
