Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives/telecallers in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives/telecallers
- Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-ups by team members
- Monitor daily calls, site visits, and conversions
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve targets
- Assist team members in closing deals and handling objections
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Train new hires on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain MIS reports and track team performance metrics
- Coordinate with management for strategy planning
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
