HR Generalist – Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS with accurate employee information.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, probation confirmation, and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and support positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analyze key HR metrics such as headcount and attrition.
- Support internal audits, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
