HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – GOLD JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING

Job Summary
The role includes recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, labour law compliance, employee relations, performance management and training for both factory and office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and recruit manpower for factory and office positions including karigars, goldsmiths, CAD designers, polishers, setters, supervisors, merchandisers and office staff.
- Conduct interviews, joining formalities, induction and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, appointment letters, attendance, leave and biometric data.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, overtime, incentives, advances, PF, ESIC, bonus and salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages and statutory records.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, absenteeism, warning letters and employee counselling.
- Organize training for safety, production discipline, quality standards and employee development.
- Manage resignation, termination, full & final settlement, relieving letters and exit formalities.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in gold jewellery manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
- Experience handling 100+ employees in factory .
Salary Range
- Depending on experience
- Approximate range: ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 per month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
