Core Responsibilities
- Prepare GFC drawings with high accuracy
- Develop detailed sections and connection drawings
- Coordinate with structural and site teams
- Ensure designs are buildable and cost-efficient
- Create 3D visualizations and presentations
Technical Requirements
- Strong AutoCAD expertise (mandatory)
- SketchUp + Enscape proficiency
- Understanding of structural systems and prefab logic
- Ability to produce execution-level detailing
