Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager professionals with a strong background in sales, Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Insurance/ Fintech category. Key Responsibilities: ● Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL, develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships. ● Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business. ● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets. ● Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle sector. ● Cold calling merchant prospects in the targeted industries. ● Attend meetings to pitch Shopse's product to targeted merchants. ● Manage relationships with acquired merchants. ● Be a SPOC for the merchant ● Internal coordination for onboarding of merchants
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
