Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at our Noida office. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across departments — from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based at A 27D, Sector 16, Top Floor, Noida. The role involves active candidate engagement over calls using CRM tools, sharing opportunities via WhatsApp and Email, and conducting virtual presentations over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment cycle — job posting, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Actively reach out to prospective candidates over calls using CRM software to track and manage leads.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, follow-up schedules, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Share job details, company profiles, and role-specific information with candidates over WhatsApp and Email in a professional manner
- Conduct virtual career presentations and company introduction sessions over Zoom or Microsoft Teams for prospective candidates and fresh applicants
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and prepare accurate job descriptions
- Manage salary negotiations and offer letters in line with company policy
- Conduct background verification and manage pre-joining documentation
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and track hiring metrics
- Support induction and onboarding programs for new joiners
- Organize walk-in drives and participate in job fairs
- Contribute to employer branding activities on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Manage a Team of Freshers under yourself.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred; BBA / B.Com with relevant HR experience also considered
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (BFSI / Financial Services sector preferred)
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Experience using CRM tools for candidate outreach, tracking, and follow-ups
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over WhatsApp and Email professionally
- Proficient in conducting virtual presentations and interviews over Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
