About the Role
The Rosey is a boutique resort located in the serene and offbeat surroundings of Tikri Valley, Dehradun. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and responsible individual who can manage kitchen operations while also assisting with day-to-day resort operations and housekeeping tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesChef Duties
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for guests.
- Cook a variety of Indian dishes; knowledge of basic continental cuisine will be an added advantage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements.
- Ensure food quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Housekeeping Duties
- Change and arrange bed sheets, linens, and towels.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist in room preparation before guest check-ins and after check-outs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
