Job Description:
The Grand Sona Hotel is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor for immediate joining. The candidate should be confident, presentable, and capable of handling front office operations independently as per 4-star hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office operations and team
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing
- Train and guide front office associates
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Maintain reports, shift handovers, and audit requirements
- Ensure high level of guest satisfaction and service standards
- Operate IDS software efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front office
- Must have knowledge of IDS hotel software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Able to join immediately
