Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and experiencedIndustrial Sales Managerto lead our nationwide sales operations. The role focuses onbuilding new business opportunities, managing OEM accounts, and expanding dealer/distributor networks. The ideal candidate must have strongtechnical knowledgewith a proven track record inindustrial product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and executesales strategiesto grow business with OEMs, industrial buyers, and distributors.
- Acquire and onboardnew OEM clientsin ropes, wires, elevators, cranes, and lifting products segments.
- Manage and expanddealer/distributor networksfor stronger market reach.
- Maintainlong-term relationshipswith existing clients for repeat business.
- Conducttechnical product demos, presentations, and negotiationsacross India.
- Coordinate withProduction, QC/QA, Logistics, and Finance teamsto ensure smooth order execution.
- Track industry trends, competition, and providemarket intelligence reportsto management.
- Represent the company atindustry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Achieve and exceedmonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years proven experienceinIndustrial/B2B Sales(ropes, wires, elevator, crane, lifting products preferred).
- Strong knowledge ofOEM procurement processesandindustrial sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success indealer/distributor handlingandkey account management.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency inEnglish (spoken & written).
- Proficiency inCRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Mandatory Qualification:B.Tech (Mechanical)orMBA (Marketing).
- Willingness totravel extensively PAN India.
