Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Software Support team. The role involves providing customer assistance through email and calls, creating and managing support tickets, and performing basic manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Non-Voice Support (60%) – Handle customer queries via email, create tickets in the system, and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Voice Support (20%) – Attend customer calls or meetings to understand issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Software Testing (20%) – Perform manual testing of software applications (web and mobile), report bugs, and verify fixes.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams for issue tracking and resolution.
Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Basic understanding of software / web applications.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
