We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage and monitor overall factory operations from our Corporate HO in Mumbai, ensuring smooth production, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Factory In-charge and plant teams.
- Track production targets, productivity, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, safety, and compliance.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and machine utilization.
- Review plant MIS and operational performance.
- Identify gaps and drive cost optimization and process improvement.
- Regularly visit the Kolgaon, Palghar plant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership/Plant Head role.
- Cosmetics / Personal Care manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)
Plant: Kolgaon, Palghar
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
