Job Summary
We are looking for a Product & Technology Manager to act as the central point between business, product, design, development, and external technology partners. The ideal candidate should have strong product management skills with good technical understanding and be capable of independently driving product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them into structured product requirements.
- Manage product roadmap, priorities, and development backlog.
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and external technology partners.
- Manage product releases, testing, and delivery timelines.
- Take ownership of technology handover from external teams.
- Create and maintain product and technical documentation.
- Understand frontend, backend, databases, APIs, WordPress/custom development, and deployments at a working level.
- Review technical solutions and effectively communicate with developers.
- Support future digital and D2C product development.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant Product Management / Technology experience.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and product development.
- Experience working with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Good knowledge of APIs, databases, WordPress/custom development, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
- Should be technically competent enough to understand and challenge development decisions.
- Hands-on coding is not mandatory.
Preferred Profile
Product-oriented professionals with experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer platforms, marketplaces, or digital products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹578,352.71 - ₹797,837.84 per year
