- Design and engineering of HVAC systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, warehouses, and utility areas.
- Prepare HVAC design basis, system concepts, and engineering calculations.
- Perform heat load calculations, cooling/heating load calculations, fresh air calculations, ventilation calculations, and pressure drop calculations.
- Design and select HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated equipment.
- Design HVAC systems considering temperature, humidity, air changes, room pressure, airflow pattern, and contamination control requirements.
- Develop and review HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, P&IDs, schematic diagrams, equipment layouts, and sections/details.
- Prepare duct sizing, pipe sizing, equipment schedules, BOQ/BOM, and technical specifications.
- Design and coordinate cleanroom HVAC systems, including pressure cascade and differential pressure requirements.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, Process, and Utility disciplines.
- Review vendor drawings, technical offers, equipment datasheets, and technical submissions.
- Participate in design review meetings and resolve technical/design-related issues.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP requirements, and relevant HVAC codes and standards.
- Support preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
