Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic KG Trainee Teacher to join our Kindergarten team. The ideal candidate will assist lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children while developing their teaching skills through hands-on classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and school events.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Encourage positive behaviour and good classroom habits.
- Observe and record students' progress under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- Follow school policies and ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Montessori, D.T.Ed., D.El.Ed., B.Ed. (Preferred or Pursuing).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching young children.
