Sanrai Med India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Sanrai Group, has been serving patients since 2008 with cutting-edge medical devices. Roles and Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
● Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring accurate forecasting and timely collections.
● Drive revenue growth across all verticals, including Respiratory, Pain, Mobility, Neonatal, Sleep, and consumables.
● Identify and secure new business opportunities, including tenders and government contracts.
● Expand market presence through strategic initiatives, prescriber outreach, and dealer network development.
● Own P&L responsibility for the assigned zone, ensuring sustained profitability.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and distribution partners.
● Collaborate with Inside Sales and SanraiShop teams to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
● Ensure adherence to credit policies and effectively negotiate commercial terms with hospitals and partners.
● Oversee inventory planning with the Inventory Manager to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.
● Submit detailed reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer interactions within defined timelines.
Team Leadership & Training
● Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 Senior Key Account Managers and 4-6 Key Account Managers.
● Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching, skill development, and performance tracking.
● Work with HR to recruit top talent and manage retention strategies.
● Conduct training programs on product knowledge, sales analytics, and regulatory compliance.
● Organize CMEs, workshops, and conferences to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.

Job Location: Mumbai
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
