Sadguru Concrete Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete Human Resources function for our construction projects and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for project sites and corporate office
* Complete knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance
* Handling Contract Labour and Labour Contractors
* Industrial Relations (IR) and employee grievance handling
* Payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and Full & Final Settlement
* Compliance related to EPF, ESI, PT, BOCW, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other applicable labour laws
* Liaison with Government Departments, Labour Office, PF, ESI, and other statutory authorities
* HR policy implementation, performance management, employee engagement, and training
* Managing HR operations across multiple construction project sites
* Preparing HR MIS reports and ensuring 100% statutory compliance
Eligibility:
* MBA/MSW in Human Resources (Preferred)
* 8–12 years of HR experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance
* Experience in handling contract labour and multi-site workforce
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems
