- Oversee the entire accounts function including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Supervise invoicing, billing, credit notes, and payment collection across retail and B2B channels
- Manage GST filings, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and legal consultants for financial audits and compliance
- Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting systems, and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to support business decision-making
- Track cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the company on a rolling basis
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for cost control and vendor reconciliation
- Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related statutory deductions
- Maintain detailed records for product costing, sales commissions, and store-level profitability
- Present financial summaries and key insights to the management for strategic planning
- Ensure accuracy of books across physical stores, online orders, and corporate transactions
- Handle banking relationships, fund transfers, and approvals for large purchases or capital expenditure
- Lead and mentor a small accounts/admin team, setting clear KRAs and performance tracking
Pay: ₹8,551.01 - ₹41,886.45 per month
