Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for our core digital services (Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Development).
Growth Opportunity: This role begins with a strict focus on digital services. However, for a high-performer who consistently hits targets, the role will expand to include selling offline media solutions, offering a massive opportunity for career and commission growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect, cold-call, and network to identify high-potential B2B clients who need digital marketing and website solutions.
- Client Onboarding: Take complete ownership of the sales funnel—from initial outreach and understanding client requirements to presenting pitches and closing the deal.
- Consultative Selling: Understand a client’s business goals and recommend the right mix of SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, or Website development to solve their problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal performance and creative teams to build tailored, winning proposals for prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide weekly reports on leads, pitches, and closures to the leadership team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a digital marketing agency, software house, or media tech company.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of how Social Media, SEO, Meta/Google Ads (Performance Marketing), and Websites work. You don’t need to execute them, but you must know how to sell them.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You should be highly confident pitching to CEOs, CMOs, and business owners.
- Attitude: A self-starter mindset with a strong hunger to hit targets and close deals.
Compensation & Probation Terms
- Fixed Salary+ Attractive Commission Structure per client onboarded.
- Probation Period: The candidate will officially be on probation for 3 months.
- Evaluation & Extension: At the end of the 3rd month, performance will be reviewed. Based on targets achieved and pipeline health, the probation period may be successfully cleared, or extended up to a maximum of 6 months to allow further evaluation before permanent onboarding.
