Roles and Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for identifying and appointing new Super Stockiest and Distributors to strengthen our market reach.
· You are required to start operations from scratch in designated new areas and establish a business footprint.
· Driving Primary and Secondary sales targets through effective channel management.
· Directly responsible for ensuring that monthly sales targets are consistently met.
· You will be eligible for performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets and successfully onboarding new channel partners.
· Travel & Daily Allowance (TA/DA): You will be entitled to travel and daily allowances for official market visits as per the company's prevailing policy.
· A performance and compensation review may be conducted after a period of three months.
· In the event of consistent non-performance or failure to meet the agreed-upon targets, the company reserves the right to withhold salary/incentives, and no claim for the same shall be entertained.
